Please find attached the program for Bellingen’s Showjumping Competition to be held this Sunday, in lieu of the Zone Event. We thank Zone very much for all their work in preparation for the event and look forward to scheduling a new date soon.

We request that nominations be emailed to us as soon as possible to help with organisation. Thank you to those who have already let us know you are coming! Entrants don’t need to have entered the zone event to enter this competition, but they do need to be Zone graded.

NOTE This event is a qualifying event for State Equitation & Showjumping. See Zone 9 website for details on heights for State competition. If Kriss (ZCI) has not seen the combination in the last 12 months you must attend in order to qualify. If any queries contact Kriss.

We would like to reassure that the grounds are safe and the weather has been very kind today, but they would not have been at full use by tomorrow.

Access-wise there is no risk of rising waters affecting road/bridge in Bellingen as the recent rainfall has been mainly out of the Bellinger catchment area. The Bellinger River at Thora peaked just below the minor flood level (3.0 metres) around 06:30 am today. If you have a heavy vehicle/truck please park nearer the cattle sheds (past the canteen and yards) as the ground is firmer there.

Lastly, while we don’t have ribbons specifically for this competition there will be ribbons and prizes awarded!
