All nominations and entry fees must come through Club Secretaries and Club then forwards nomination sheet with one club payment. Personal Cheques will not be accepted.

Riders who have not attended the qualifying event for their chosen discipline must attend Jamboree to qualify for State (exception of Campdrafting, Team Penning and ODE)

The committee will be TWO members from each club. Clubs (Team Managers) are responsible for getting their riders to all Events.

Minimum Number of Riders – 100

Entry fees
$50 per rider
$5 Showjumping
$5 Dressage

One week prior to the event, each club is to pay $20 to Zone as per minutes 2018

** No Electric Fences or Dogs allowed **

Camping & Stabling fees / Horse Levy NOT to be sent with entries – Coffs Harbour will collect at event
