Please ensure gear is checked by Team Manager.

  • All D & E grade events will run under Optimum Time
  • Back numbers & helmets to be worn whilst walking the course
  • Pony Club heights will be adhered to
  • Each Club MUST nominate a Team Manager
  • Each rider is required to nominate a worker to assist in the running of the Championships – Hastings PC have the right to disqualify the rider from an event if their worker is not present at their rostered time.
  • Remember to nominate a Team Manager/Instructor to check all gear. Random gear checks will take place throughout the competition by host club Instructors.
  • Zone 9 Pony Club does not allow non-competitive riding.

Each rider must nominate a Team Manager/Instructor who will be responsible for Club gear checks (under PCA of NSW rules) and the collection and return of all back numbers. Each rider must nominate a worker to help in the running of the events. A roster will be placed at the Secretary’s Office. An indication on entry form of preferred job will be accommodated where possible.

Horses will remain in the same grade, as per jumping card, for the entire Championships. Original jump card must be produced when collecting back numbers prior to the start of the event.

NO CARD – NO JUMP as per Zone 9 Pony Club Association rules.

All horses must be Hendra vaccinated with initial shots and six months booster and have current vaccination within the last twelve months. Copy of certificate to be provided with jump card prior to start of event.
